    The Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC) Board of Directors meet the last Thursday of every month at 12:00 P.M. at the Young House on 500 East Saint Charles Street, Brownsville, Texas. Below you will find current and past agendas, as well as minutes, for each meeting. The BCIC abides by the Texas Public Information Act for the benefit of all residents in the state of Texas. Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, gives you the right to access government records. Please be aware that meeting minutes are posted as soon as possible once approved by the Board of Directors.

    Winter Break Day Camp at Gonzalez Park (34 Tony Gonzalez Drive) is a free program for children ages 6-17 years of age. The program is free. Maximum 50 first come first sere. Please register online at cob.recdesk.com. The program will feature, arts & crafts, active games, indoor sports, team building activities, and if weather permits, we will have outdoor nature in the parks fun, too!     December 22-26, 2019 Exclusive to Ringgold Civic Pavilion...it's the Merry Elf Garden! An indoor event/experience. Mingle with the Kringles! Santa, Mrs. Klaus and the elves invite you and your family to share in some merriment this season for the low cost of $10 per family. The indoor garden is the first in Ringgold Civic Pavilion history! Harvest smiles and cheer--enjoy music and vendors. Take home a 4 x 6 color photograph (included with cost of admission/family of 5). Fun for all. All ages welcome! Pets are welcome!
