  3. Binational Murals Without Borders Contest Deadline

    The Murals Without Borders community-wide mural contest provides the residents of Brownsville, Texas and Matamoros, Tamaulipas the opportunity to depict a world without borders. A selection committee will review sketch submissions and select four artists to receive a $1,500 prize. The deadline to submit mural proposals is 11:59 p.m., Saturday, August 31, 2019. Selection Committee choices will be announced on September 12, 2019.
