Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments on the proposed One-Year Action Plan for a 5-day period beginning Monday, June 29, 2020 and ending at 5:00p.m. Monday, July 6, 2020. In Response to COVID-19, HUD has issued a memorandum of waivers for certain regulatory requirements associated with several CPD grant programs to prevent spread of COVID-19 and to facilitate assistance to eligible communities and households impacted economically by COVID-19. The 30-day minimum for the required public comment is waived, provided that no fewer than 5 days are provided public comments. To avoid large gatherings and to avoid the spread of COVID-19, the City will hold public hearings virtually.
